I’m Santoshi KC- a government officer. For more than 8 years I’ve worked inside the civil service, and alongside that job I completed a Master’s in Public Administration, a degree in Political Science and an LLB.
Those years taught me things no classroom could – how systems actually work, where people get stuck, and why laws often feel harder to understand than they should. My education gave me the theory. The job gave me the reality. This site sits somewhere between the two.
Five sections make up the site. The Citizen Portal is designed to help citizens quickly access official government websites, essential public services, and trusted resources through one reliable and easy-to-use platform. Officers Diary holds my own struggles and lessons from years inside government service – written for anyone walking a similar road. Public Insights takes laws, norms, and systems and explains them the way I wish someone had explained them to me. Career and Job covers what I’ve learned about building a working life, step by step. Self Growth is about consistency – what actually helps, and what’s just noise.
I write when I have something worth saying, not on a schedule. Every piece here comes from my own study and years on the job, checked against public records and dependable sources.
There are lines I won’t cross: I never share confidential government information, I never name or criticize individuals, and my personal life stays my own. What I do share is honest – my failures included.
